Yes, listing your property is completely free until 28 February, 2025. We may charge a one-time listing fee in the future. We never charge commissions or hidden fees—now or in the future.
Do you charge commission?
No! We don’t charge commission now or ever, so you get to keep 100% of the proceeds from your sale.
What if another agent tries to list the same property?
On Nomad Barrio, we only allow one listing per property. So, if you’re the first to list it, it’s yours! This means no duplicates and no extra competition for the same property, giving your listing the spotlight it deserves.
Can I advertise my property on other platforms at the same time?
Yes. We don’t do exclusivity, so you’re free to list your property wherever you want. The more places your property is listed, the better your chances of finding the perfect buyer.
Can I list multiple properties?
Absolutely! You can add as many as you like. For free!
What types of properties can I add?

My property is currently being used as an Airbnb rental. Can I still list it on this platform?
Of course! If your property is an Airbnb rental, you can definitely list it here. When you’re setting up your listing, we'll ask you f it already has an Airbnb license or if it’s eligible for one. We’ll show this on your listing so buyers know it’s good to go for short-term rentals.
