We will be happy to welcome you to our apartment, the apartment has 8 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, a large social room, a TV and a cinema where you can watch all your favorite movies.

Casa El Parchero is located in Los Colores in Laurelles. Laureles was recognized as the “coolest neighborhood in the world 2023” by the magazine Time Out!

Los Colores is a neighborhood that protects its green areas, the neighborhood is local, residential and is one of the oldest neighborhoods in Medellin! Los Colores is known for its super friendly people.

Our goal is to create an amazing community in our apartment, perfect for students and remote workers. Henrry has his own delicious empanada shop next to the apartment where you can try different local foods and there is a large shopping center next to the house.

We will always be close to the apartment to help you with everything you need and we will be able to introduce you to many new local people, exchange students and remote workers.
