It has its own balcony with great views, a large Smart TV with cable, a desk for studying and exclusive use of the bathroom which is next to the bedroom. There is a covered terrace with a table, chairs, weights, TRX, pull-up bar, a downstairs balcony, a newly fitted kitchen, 550 + mbps internet. The living room has a large Smart TV with cable and doors opening onto the balcony. The apartment block has 24-hour security, a heated swimming pool, sauna, turco, jacuzzi, gym, squash court and is directly behind Santa Fe mall. Rent is 2 million a month. I used to rent it on Airbnb and had Superhost status. You would be sharing with a Colombian lady and me.
