Apartment shared by 1 professional and a university student. A Colombian student, a university professor (PhD), also a teacher of Spanish as a second language, and THREE BEAUTIFUL DOGS (It is important that the new person is OK with dogs).

We are looking for a roommate to occupy one of our rooms in the LAURELES neighborhood, IN THE PINK ZONE (THIS IS IMPORTANT TO UNDERSTAND THE COSTS).

The room is furnished, has HOT WATER and a PRIVATE BATHROOM. Which seems excellent to us for the privacy of each roommate.

It is a VERY LARGE apartment: There is a large living room, study room and social bathroom in the living room. The living room is connected to a balcony where you can work, eat, read or rest. Our house has a quiet atmosphere, ideal for working or studying.
